Doors madness

When I heard there was a New Doors update, I jumped right back in, and boy, did it deliver on the chaos. It felt like the game was screaming, 'See you soon… for your demise!' My first encounter with the New Halt room on floor 2 was something else. I swear, I died instantly the first few times. That room is a masterclass in panic-inducing design! You think you know the game, then BAM, a whole new level of terror. My strategy eventually became less about fighting and more about learning the patterns, listening closely, and trying not to scream too loud. It really makes you appreciate how many different rooms and exits there are to contend with, and how easily you can meet your death on the dancefloor (or, in this case, on that cursed second floor). And don't even get me started on the seek chase. The adrenaline rush is real! You're just trying to make it from one safe spot to the next, relying on those little notification sounds (or lack thereof) to guide you. One wrong turn, one moment of hesitation, and you're toast. I distinctly remember a moment where we just completely broke the hell out of the game trying to outmaneuver Seek, leading to a hilarious (and terrifying) glitch. It's those unexpected moments that make Doors so addicting. Of course, no Doors experience is complete without our favorite entities. Screech is still a bitc— uh, I mean, incredibly startling! That 'psst' sound still gets me every time. And the Ambush noises? They've definitely been ramped up, making those dark corridors even more heart-pounding. It's all about quick reflexes and knowing when to hide. If you're heading back into the Doors update, here are a few tips I picked up from my own 'madness': Listen Carefully: Sound cues are your best friend, especially for figuring out what entity is coming. Stick Together (Mostly): While sometimes you need to split up, having a friend to revive you or share a lighter is invaluable. Shoutout to @ponporio for joining me in this madness! Observe New Rooms: Don't rush into new areas like the Halt room. Take a moment, observe, and learn its mechanics. Manage Your Inventory: Lighters and vitamins can be game-changers in tight spots. This New Doors update is challenging, frustrating, and absolutely brilliant. It truly pushes your limits and makes you question every shadow. If you haven't jumped back in yet, prepare for some serious scares and a whole lot of fun. I'm already planning my next run to see what other secrets I can uncover. Who's with me?
