Hey guys I went to the gym for two days and went pretty hard. Unfortunately my body is killing me so I’m taking a rest day to rejuvenate! I’ve been loving the sauna recently so I definitely will do that tomorrow and figure out what my next step is. Reset days are so important and necessary!
