You can pitch yourself to the tourism board media contact via email and tell them why you’re a great partner for them to work with. Be sure to include your socials links and media kit.
🛍️Brands: Building relationships with brands takes longer but is worthwhile if you’re consistent with posting and using that brand. The easiest way to get noticed by a brand is by tagging their socials on your post where you’ve organically shared their product. Paid travel opportunities become available for the creators that are easy to work with, have great social engagement & content, and have interacted with the brand consistently.
🎤Be a Speaker: If you’re an expert in a specific topic, you can be a paid speaker at a related conference or event. Speaking events will pay you a fee, pay for your transportation, food, and hotel. It’s a great resume builder and opportunity to also network with others.
