Best Parts of My Luxury Vacation in 📍Bali
I went to Bali a few weeks ago and here’s a quick recap of the activities I loved during the 2nd half of my week while there:
🛁Hotel: 📍Anvaya Beach Resort was sooooo nice! I absolutely loved this 5 start resort. The staff was really great, especially when I fell off a bike and hurt my knee.
🌴Bali Swings: This is such a great, yet touristy activity that sooo many people do while visiting. Try to go early in the morning so you don’t have to wait in line for the different swings or a photographer.
🐘Elephant Safari: I know people are generally concerned about the well being of elephants in these safaris but the Mason Elephant Lodge does an incredible job of maintaining a safe and sustainable spa for the elephants. I loved my elephant ride and learning about these animals.
Save this for your trip to Bali!

Okay, so you're planning a trip to Bali and wondering what's truly worth your time? After my recent luxury escape, I'm excited to share a deeper dive into the experiences that made my trip so special, along with some practical tips I picked up along the way. Think of this as your mini travel guide to Bali, packed with personal insights! First off, let's talk about the accommodation. The Anvaya Beach Resort in Kuta was an absolute dream. I'm a stickler for good service, and their staff truly went above and beyond, making every moment feel pampered. Beyond the incredible hospitality, the resort itself is a tropical oasis. Imagine starting your day with a swim in that pristine, clear blue pool, surrounded by lush greenery (just like in some of my photos!). It feels so tranquil and secluded, even though you're close to all the action. The direct beach access was a huge plus for those leisurely sunset strolls along the sandy shore, watching the small boats bobbing gently. If you're looking for a luxury escape where you can truly unwind and be taken care of, The Anvaya exceeded all my expectations. They even have beautiful stone water features and lounging areas that just add to the relaxing ambiance. Next up, the iconic Bali Swings. Yes, they’re touristy, but for good reason! The thrill of soaring high above the dense green jungle is an experience you won't forget, and it makes for some absolutely stunning photos. My biggest piece of advice, and seriously, this is a game-changer: go early in the morning! Not only do you beat the lines for the various swings and photo spots, but the light is often softer and more magical. I managed to get some incredible shots, feeling like I had the whole jungle to myself. Many places offer different types of swings and even 'nests' for those unique, Instagram-worthy captures. It's truly a must-see for the sheer exhilaration and the breathtaking views. Then there was the Elephant Safari at Mason Elephant Lodge. I know many of us are conscious about ethical animal tourism, and I did extensive research before visiting. I was genuinely impressed by Mason Elephant Lodge's commitment to the well-being and conservation of their elephants. It's more than just a ride; it’s an educational and heartwarming experience. You learn about their rescue, rehabilitation, and the vital conservation efforts they undertake. Getting to interact with these gentle giants – feeding them, watching them play – was incredibly moving. It felt responsible and truly allowed me to connect with these magnificent creatures in a meaningful way. Seeing a mahout gently guiding an elephant through the park, surrounded by tall palm trees, really highlighted their care. Beyond these specific highlights, Bali offers so much more to explore. For getting around, ride-hailing apps like Gojek or Grab are super convenient and affordable. Don't miss trying the local cuisine – Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, and fresh tropical fruit juices are an absolute delight. Remember to stay hydrated, especially if you're out exploring during the day. A good sunscreen and insect repellent are also your best friends here. For those querying 'what to see in Bali' or 'things to see in Bali Indonesia,' consider visiting some of the beautiful temples for a cultural immersion, or simply enjoying the vibrant local markets. Every corner of this island holds a new discovery, promising a truly unforgettable luxury escape.

How long would recommend there to truly enjoy the culture … 4 days?
