How I Got Tickets for the Olympics
I went to the Paris Olympics for 1 week and it was the experience of a lifetime!
📧In May 2023, I entered a lottery on the Paris Olympics websites and I won! I was placed in an online queue to purchase tickets on a specific day, where I had 48 hours to select the tickets I wanted.
🎟️In France, they sell tickets by “categories” (A,B,C,D) where A seats are the best seats in the house ( and the most expensive) all the way to D, which are the nosebleed seats (and also the cheapest).
🎾Once at the Olympics, I was able to resell tickets through the ticketing App and by the end of the week, I watched the Women’s Tennis Quarterfinal, Women’s Volleyball Quarterfinal, and the Women’s Field Hockey Quarterfinal.
