10 months apart hair growth/donating

The last year for those who don’t know was my first year in education. I’m a paraprofessional at the middle school I used to go to. I loved helping out kids along side ex teachers of mine. It took me probably three months to not feel surreal every time I walked the hallways. I really enjoy doing this as a career, but I’m hoping to try getting sponsored someday, because I very much want to have summers off. I want to paint everyday. I want to travel to Australia🇦🇺, Egypt 🇪🇬,and souther Africa🇿🇦.Ive been wanting to travel somewhere different since I was seventeen and I’m twenty eight. I want too much I’m told ,but I feel in education, we should be able to afford summers off and not to worry about 10 weeks unpaid. Some teachers and aids can afford to have their checks spread through the summer but that would mean for me to only get paid $1262 a month. I wish educators were paid more. #cancer #cancerawareness #hairgrowthtips #education #paraprofessional

Here are some tips for maintaining healthy hair: 1. **Regular Trims**: Even while growing your hair, regular trims can eliminate split ends and promote growth. Aim for a trim every 8 to 12 weeks. 2. **Healthy Diet**: Nourish your hair from the inside out with a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Foods like fish, nuts, eggs, and leafy greens can contribute to stronger hair. 3. **Hydration**: Staying hydrated is crucial. Water not only benefits your overall health but also supports hair health. 4. **Gentle Hair Care**: Use sulfate-free shampoos and moisturizing conditioners. Avoid excessive heat styling to minimize damage. 5. **Scalp Care**: A healthy scalp fosters hair growth. Regularly massage your scalp and consider natural oils like coconut or essential oils, which can enhance circulation. 6. **Avoid Stress**: Stress can lead to hair loss; practice stress-reducing techniques such as yoga, meditation, or spending time in nature. 7. **Stay Informed**: Read up on hair donation requirements from various organizations to ensure that you meet the necessary guidelines for the donation process. 8. **Inspire Others**: Share your journey to encourage friends and family to consider hair donation or participate in fundraising for cancer research and support.
