The habit tracker I needed after work

I wasn’t lazy.

I was tired, overthinking, and waiting on some perfect version of me to show up before I did anything.

More energy.

More discipline.

More time.

A cleaner routine.

But real life does not pause so you can become your best self in peace.

Some days I still have to figure out dinner.

Some days my water is sitting there judging me.

Some days I know I need to move, but my body and my brain are not on the same page.

That is why BODDi had to feel simple.

Not another wellness app making me feel behind.

Not another habit tracker built for people with unlimited motivation.

Just a place to check in, see the truth, and catch what I can before I call the whole day a loss.

For the women trying to lose weight, drink more water, track their habits, and take care of themselves after work without turning their whole life into a performance.
