Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, yogurt, milk, and honey/maple syrup (if using).
2. Blend until smooth. If you’re adding nut butter or protein powder, toss that in and blend again.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately!
Quesadillas for Lunch
Ingredients:
- 4 small tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, beans, or veggies (like bell peppers and onions)

Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.

4. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the garlic (if using) and mixed vegetables, stir-frying for another 3-5 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional minute.
