I found that taking moments to sit after breakfast gave me time to gather my thoughts and prepare mentally for the day ahead. Reflecting on past days, especially during such transitions, provides valuable insight into personal growth and helps manage the new challenges that come with campus life. As for nutrition, I noticed what I ate today helped keep my energy stable—starting with leftover chocolate waffles in the morning, then a flavorful Caifan lunch featuring tomato egg, curry vegetables, and salted egg chicken. For dinner, half a cheese bread and chocolate bread gave a comforting end to the day. Small, nutritious meals like these are a helpful way to fuel long university days. On another note, I became curious about popular snacks like Samyang popcorn, wondering about its protein content per 100g, as it could be a convenient snack for busy students. Overall, embracing new routines and being mindful of both mental reflections and diet plays an important role in adjusting to university life. Sharing these little experiences reminds me to find comfort in small moments during big changes.
