Devit's a stock player.
David is a stock player who hopes to have the same financial freedom as many people who have stepped into the stock market. He has traded hundreds of stocks over the years, but until then he has never really made a profit. He has never been discouraged. He still believes that one day he will do it, even if he does not know where he missed it!!!!!
One Saturday morning, while he was sitting in front of a computer studying the market, his seven-year-old daughter approached, jerked his hem and said, "Dad, why aren't we rich?"
He looked into his daughter's eyes and thought to himself, "What is this difficult question? Why aren't we rich?" The little boy was waiting for the answer intently. He was stunned to say, "Although he has been determined to trade rich for 15 years, he has remained until now. He has traded hundreds of stocks, but has never made a profit.
He looked at his daughter and said, "What makes me think we're not rich, sweetheart?" She looked back with a hammer and said, "Because I said that if we were rich, Mom and Dad wouldn't have to work anymore, but Mom and Dad still work all the time." He said that we would move to a beach house and play in the sand every day, so I wanted to know what he was doing, and when would we move to a beach house? "The little boy's question was deeply cut, and there was no more black-hearted question." We're not rich because we're rich..... I missed it, "he replied in the end." How did you miss it? "The daughter immediately asked.
"Well, I bought the stock when it was going down, and I didn't sell it out fast enough, and sometimes I buy the stock and sell it before the price hits, son." Devit answered his baby daughter with guilt.
"Why did you do that?" she asked back in doubt. He thought for a moment because he didn't know how to answer this question. He had no reason to buy the stock while it was going down, and he had no reason to hold it when the price kept going down. He had no reason to sell the stock as well while the price was still going to run. Her logic was very pure. Why didn't he mean to make it better? He knew immediately that all he had to do was change the trading plan!!!!!
He owed himself and his family, and he ultimately decided to make a change, which the days of pain caused him to sit down and write a trading plan, a trading rule, to move his life forward, and he started by writing his view of what he wanted most in life, and how good it would be when he was a successful investor or trader, so he started to look back from there on how he would succeed in his dream????
In his imagination, there was a four-bedroom penthouse near the beach with a bright red ferari, 360 modenas, an 80-inch plasma screen computer in his private office on the 17th floor, and a holiday with time for his family. He donated millions of dollars to charities to help underprivileged children. He saw all this when he was a rich trader.
He came to mind and began to understand that the main problem was that he was afraid of losses and that he was afraid that the price would be so expensive that he could not control it, that he eventually chose to sell it out early, that he could not play without winning!!!He immediately decided not to do it again. He would do nothing but follow his excellent trading plan. He decided that he would enter the trade as planned and as planned, because his life depended on it.
From the innocent question of the little boy, David started putting up the rules of trading. First, he only trades when there is a clear train. The train occurs when the bar is moving above the average moving average or below the line for short, but the stock price has to move clearly in either direction.
It's a simple rule.
He studies stocks in different groups and records the details of the train's movements every day. He will trade every time his trading system gives a signal. Set a Stop loss at the point where he thinks the train is about to change, and he will hold the position until the train changes. He will act like a good trader, even if his trading is not yet the case...
When he closes the order each time, he has to sit and explain to himself as a super trader why he is entering this point and why he is setting up stop loss at this point and why he is leaving at this point. If he can't argue with the other person why he is entering or leaving the trade, that means his trading life is ending...
He started trading constantly profiting. He felt that he was doing well. And he started making money from trading. He knew that the rich were different. They would have rational decisions, not emotions. They understood the value of money. They respected money as a tool to build a better world. They would buy for a reason and sell for the same right reason.
One day, when he closed the order, he was very excited, and he said to his daughter, "I made a lot of profit today. Let's see."
His daughter came to the computer and looked at the screen as he was excited to show her. The stock he bought earned $13,000. She looked at him and asked him, "Dad, is it still up? Why did he sell it?" Why did he leave the train when it was clear and profitable? She was right. The market is still up, so he bought it back again. He has never done that before. And now he is a great trader! The price continued to run non-stop, so he bought more every time it went up until the train changed. He eventually made a total profit of $34,500!!!!
His daughter's ordinary question is worth more than $20,000! That was the last time he left the emotional trade. He was fearless thanks to his daughter's question...
Now it's your turn. Whenever you think about opening an order, find a child, even if you have to borrow a neighbor's child around there, ask him where the train is going now, and don't trade in the opposite direction! If your trading is not systematic, you can create a trading plan and you will have a decision. The important thing is that fear is an expensive lesson.
If you are afraid to lose money, reduce your position until your fear disappears. When you start to profit for a while, even if it is a small sum, you will be able to trade with a normal account size with increased confidence. After that, you gradually increase the size of your money. But if you lose next to each other, reduce the size of your position until you return, and follow your trading plan when you trade continuously and steadily, a large sum will follow.
The rest is, you just have to act!!!!
