DMI session 12
*slacking a little*
This one is a little rough to watch but he’s progressing so well! He can withheld his stander for almost a full hour and his legs and arms are getting stronger by the week!

Watching someone grow stronger through consistent effort is truly motivating. In this session, it’s impressive to see the endurance build up to nearly an hour in the stander, which is no small feat. Holding a stander helps with weight-bearing and muscle strengthening, critical for improving mobility and overall health. From personal experience, programs that encourage gradual increases in standing time can lead to dramatic improvements not only in muscle tone but also in circulation and bone density. It’s also important to stay mindful of comfort and to take breaks as needed to avoid fatigue or strain. The progress noted in both legs and arms suggests a well-rounded strengthening routine, potentially including assisted movements or physical therapy exercises alongside stander use. Support from foundations and dedicated individuals, such as those mentioned in the post, can make a huge difference, providing resources and motivation for ongoing development. If you’re supporting someone in a similar situation, celebrating small milestones like increased standing time is key to maintaining encouragement. Consistency, patience, and a positive support system are often the backbone of such progress. Seeing the phrase “I’MTHE Favorite SON” in the image reminds us of the personal connections and familial love that fuel these journeys every day.
