Reminded me of an Agatha Christie book.
I heard so many raving reviews about this book but I’m not sure it lived up to all the hype. Yes, it was good and I enjoyed it. But I felt slightly disappointed at the end. The first half of the book was a bit slow-paced.
There is a major twist at the end of the book. There are lots of hints pointing to the twist so I could kind of see it coming. This is a novel that depends on you being fooled by the plot twist. 🫨
This story is told from Theo’s POV and snippets from Alicia’s diary. 📝
I’m glad I read this book. I still found it interesting!

I didn’t like the ending I don’t get the hype. Also in the cover there’s a blonde woman and Alice is red head lol. It has a great plot twist but in the end there was no justice, poor Alice 😣. Is a book that I wouldn’t read twice. 💕
