November Reading Wrap Up
Definitely more 5 star reads than last month. What’s also a 5 star for me is using StoryGraph. I did a soft test in October and transferred all my Goodreads data over. I love how seamless it was to do and all the extra features it has. Right now, I use 4 different apps to track my reading. Goodreads, Fable, Bookmory, and StoryGraph. So far though I’m loving StoryGraph the most. Among the genres I explored: romance, contemporary fiction, short stories, thrillers, and nonfiction, I found my sweet spot leaning heavily towards thriller fiction this month. In particular, “Anxious People” by Fredrik Backman emerged as a highly rated read, achieving an average rating of 5 stars. This book tackles themes of human connection and the complexities of life with wit and heart, making it a must-read for everyone. Additionally, for those who appreciate the art of listening, audiobooks have taken a noticeable share of my reading time, comprising 6% of my monthly listening statistics. As I navigate my reading preferences through platforms like StoryGraph, I appreciate how it intuitively tracks my reading habits. Unlike traditional platforms, it offers insightful analytics that helps me visualize my progress, rate my books easily, and engage with the community. Next year, I'll fully transition to using StoryGraph, allowing me to deepen my reading experiences and keep better track of my books.
