Juggling a full-time job in tech while pursuing an entrepreneurial passion like running a butter business has been both challenging and rewarding. I often find that effective time management and prioritization are key. For instance, setting up for weekend pop-up events after working a full day requires stamina but creates amazing opportunities to engage with customers and grow the brand. Studying for a degree while maintaining both commitments can feel overwhelming, but breaking tasks into manageable chunks and consistent planning help maintain balance. The corporate workshops I conduct are not only a great source of income but also an avenue to connect with diverse professionals, which enriches my own learning and network. The workshop feedback—such as participants enjoying the hands-on experience of crafting their own flavored butter—motivates me to keep innovating. Occasionally, unexpected events happen, like a fall during setup, yet support from others makes overcoming these moments easier. To anyone balancing study or a 9-5 with a business, my advice is to celebrate small wins and maintain passion for what you do. The journey is hectic but fulfilling, and every moment captured in the camera roll tells a story of hustle, creativity, and growth.
