✨ Healing is not becoming someone new… it’s finall

💭 Healing is realizing

you were surviving in places

that were slowly draining you.

And one day…

you stop forcing connections,

stop begging to be understood,

and finally choose peace over attachment. 🌙

Not everyone will understand your silence…

but your soul will thank you for it. 🤍

... Read moreHealing isn’t about transforming into a completely new person; it’s about returning to your true self—your needs, your worth, and your inner peace. From my personal experience, one of the most liberating moments in healing happens when you stop trying to force connections or seek validation from those who don’t resonate with your energy. It’s not always easy because silence or stepping back may feel misunderstood by others, but protecting your energy is essential for true growth. I’ve learned to unlearn old habits that no longer serve me and release attachments that once drained my mental and emotional well-being. Trusting the healing process requires patience; it’s not a race but a journey of gradual growth. The phrase “Healing isn't a race. It’s a return.” truly resonates because growth takes time and commitment to yourself. Choosing peace over attachment doesn’t mean isolation—it means valuing your soul’s safety and prioritizing environments and relationships that support you. It’s important to remember that not everyone deserves access to your energy; setting boundaries became a powerful way for me to protect my peace and foster healthy growth. By embracing this approach, I found myself glowing with renewed energy and clarity. Every step forward is you becoming a better version of yourself, aligned with your truth and deserving of respect and kindness, especially from within. Keep choosing you, and trust that this journey of healing is leading you to a fuller, more authentic life.
