For this workout, I burned 120 calories and I do this twice a day. Before each workout, I warm up with a 15-20 minute session on my exercise bike, which I burn and additional 150-200 calories. So for the complete workout, I burn between 390-440 calories 🔥💯🦾😎. Let’s keeping up. We got this! I lo
