I’ve been sitting on this story for a while now, quietly building it, loving it, and being a little afraid to talk about it out loud.

It’s a fantasy story — but not the loud, flashy kind.

It’s about a girl who runs for her life and ends up in another world by accident. A world ruled by elves, ancient laws, and a Crown that believes power should belong to one person alone. She’s human… or at least she thinks she is. And in a place where humans aren’t supposed to exist, simply being seen can be dangerous.

She’s taken in by an elven family.

She’s noticed by a prince.

She’s watched by his bodyguard.

And slowly, everything she thought she was begins to unravel.

This book is about:
