What I ate today in a calorie deficit - 1/23

This mornings weigh in- I lost .8 lbs. 🙂🙂 Pretty sure I won’t have as much success in the morning.

Breakfast- I had my usual, my premier protein shake and a cereal bar.

Lunch- I had my prime bite brownie, an apple, and some blackberries.

Dinner- I’ll be honest, I was so lazy tonight when I got back from grocery shopping, so I fixed a fried bologna sandwich (we listen and we don’t judge🙈) It was honestly delicious.

Dessert- had to have a cake batter ninja cream with candy pieces in it. Sooo good.
