What I ate today in a calorie deficit 1/28
Went down .4 lbs today! Slowly making progress back to where I was.
Breakfast- cereal bar and premier protein shake
Lunch- had a bowl of strawberries and blackberries. Also had a few pretzel sticks and half or the Oreo mini loaf cake.
Mid day snack- had this laughing cow lite cheese wedge and a few mini crackers. Had another sweet tooth craving and had a 2pk cookie
Dinner- leftover bbq chicken sandwich
Dessert- a package of brownie brittle. (So good and found at peddlers mall for .25 cents)
