Before It was bad not the worst but we are just getting started

1/19 Edited to

... Read moreFrom my own experience, acknowledging that things are bad but not yet the worst can be a crucial turning point. It allows us to mentally prepare for what lies ahead without being overwhelmed by despair. Often, the early stages of difficulty feel like a testing ground where resilience builds. It's important to remember that challenges, no matter how daunting, are part of growth. I’ve found that sharing these moments openly helps create a support system around you. Friends, family, or even online communities provide valuable encouragement and advice, reminding us that we are not alone. Another key lesson is the significance of mindset. Viewing hardships as opportunities to learn rather than just obstacles can transform the experience. This doesn't minimize the struggle but empowers us to find meaning in adversity. Keeping a journal, for example, can be therapeutic and help track progress over time. Lastly, it’s okay to seek help. Whether through professional counseling or peer support, reaching out can provide new perspectives and coping strategies. Remember, the journey through tough times is often nonlinear—with ups and downs—but persistence and self-compassion can guide us toward better days.

A group of children sit on the floor in a school-like setting, facing away from the camera. A large pink text overlay asks, 'What's the first sign a kid has terrible parents?'
Kids scared for no reason means bad parenting.
For me, the biggest sign a kid has terrible parents is when they look genuinely terrified to make even the smallest mistake. I’ve seen it a few times — a kid spills a little juice, or drops a crayon, and immediately freezes like they’re waiting to be yelled at. Their shoulders tense, their eyes

Body Sprays Before Bed?
I loveeee to use my body sprays and mists before bed. As a perfume girlie, I feel bad for my sprays and mists because they don’t get much use out of them. So using them before bed has been my routine (since last year) it’s not really new to me but just wonder if you all do the same. Or

Questions to Ask BEFORE Dating Anyone‼️
I get asked frequently what I look for in a man. I have a list of requirements and if you don’t match majority of everything on that list I won’t entertain you. I know it sounds mean and picky but I’m entitled to my own opinion. Due to past experiences I take down notes and pick out the good trai

how many times do you wear a bra before wash?
I’ll usually wear mine twice but one of my coworkers said that’s gross. For context, I work in an area that’s kept at 40 degrees, so no sweating. I thought two days was fine and I buy rather expensive bras so I didn’t want to wash and wear them down too fast. Am I actually gross for that? #AskL
