Friday morning walk
Good morning. Happy Friday. Beautiful start to the day with a little walk. Even the swans were out for some exercise & the crop duster.
Read Ephesians 3 today. Wonderful prayer in there.
Have a blessed day!!!!
During my Friday morning walks, I often find that starting the day outdoors brings a peaceful mindset and a chance to connect with both nature and spirituality. Recently, while walking near a small pond, I spotted swans gracefully gliding across the water and a crop duster flying overhead—reminders of the simple yet profound beauty that surrounds us. This experience led me to reflect deeply on the prayer from Ephesians 3:20-21, which speaks about God's power at work within us and His ability to do immeasurably more than we can imagine. The passage encourages us to recognize that through faith, Christ dwells in our hearts, and we can be rooted and established in His love. Such a prayer is uplifting, especially on a busy day, reminding me to pause and appreciate the spiritual strength that supports us. I find that embracing this prayer not only brings comfort but also inspires a sense of gratitude and hope for the day ahead. The verses highlight the vastness of Christ's love—how it transcends knowledge and fills us with God's fullness—which I try to carry with me throughout the day. If you haven't experienced a morning walk while meditating on passages like Ephesians 3, I highly recommend it. It blends physical exercise with spiritual nourishment, offering a meaningful way to start Fridays or any day. Take time to observe the natural world around you—the birds, the clouds, the gentle breeze—and let these moments enhance your connection with God’s promises. This practice has helped me maintain balance during hectic weeks and brought unexpected joy in small moments. May your Friday mornings be as blessed and inspiring as mine, filled with both the beauty of creation and the depth of spiritual reflection.
