Skincare Journey
Ok so BOOM🤎
I have struggled since I was a teen with my skin. These dark spots have taken a toll on me mentally some days I hate them so bad, and some days I’m like you know what this is me. Lately me and my bf have been trying different things to get our skin in order and while he found what works for him, I’m still on my journey to figure it out.
Here is my skin in its current non filter state.
The line I have finalized on is MAD HIPPIE. And so far I LOVE the line. It doesn’t dry my face out or irritate it at all, I also got my first Microdermabrasion facial a week ago which my esthetician said about 6-8 sessions and I’ll be good to go.
I’ve cleared my skin plenty of times it’s just things stop working and I even up having to go all the way back to square one.
So WELCOME 🤗 to my journey

Dark spots can be a common struggle for many, especially in diverse skin tones. To effectively address this issue, it's important to understand a few key factors that can contribute to skin health. First, ensure your skincare routine includes gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. This can help fade dark spots over time. Additionally, incorporating ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid may enhance skin brightness and hydration. Furthermore, protecting your skin from UV exposure is crucial. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily to prevent further hyperpigmentation. Don't forget that consistency is key in any skincare routine—you may not see results overnight, but persistence will pay off. If you’re considering treatments like Microdermabrasion or chemical peels, consulting a professional can provide personalized advice tailored to your skin type. Joining communities focused on skincare can also provide support and shared experiences from others who have faced similar challenges. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and finding what works best for your skin can be a rewarding process.
