But beyond lemons, there's a whole world of fruits ready to help you feel refreshed. Let's talk about berries – think blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. These little gems are packed with some of the highest levels of antioxidants you can find, which are vital for neutralizing harmful substances in your body. They're also loaded with fiber, aiding in regular bowel movements, a key part of toxin elimination. I love adding a handful to my morning oats or blending them into a vibrant smoothie for a quick, delicious detox boost. Next up, consider adding grapefruit to your routine.
