Fortnite Lets You Eliminate Yourself! #fortnite

... Read moreWow, that self-elimination glitch in Respawn Rumble with the Storm Bees sounds wild! I've definitely had my share of weird moments in Fortnite, but unknowingly eliminating yourself like that is next level. It reminds me how crazy things can get in the game, especially when Epic introduces new mechanics or forgets to remove old ones, leading to situations where your 'old body stayed on' after respawn. It's a funny, albeit frustrating, 'dumbest way to die' scenario! But speaking of eliminations, let's chat about something a bit more productive for our Battle Pass progress: active kill challenges and elimination quests! We all know these are super important for leveling up and snagging those sweet V-Bucks and cosmetics. Sometimes, even though we're constantly eliminating opponents, it feels like those specific challenges just don't want to complete themselves. First off, always check your Quest Log! It sounds obvious, but sometimes new daily or weekly quests pop up, and you might miss them. Head over to the 'Quests' tab in your lobby. They're usually categorized, making it easy to see what you need to do. They can range from 'Eliminate opponents with an Assault Rifle' to 'Eliminate opponents in named locations' or even 'Eliminate IO Guards/NPCs.' For general elimination quests, my go-to strategy usually involves dropping into hot zones or playing specific game modes. If it's just 'Eliminate opponents,' I love hopping into Team Rumble. Seriously, it's a grind-fest for eliminations! You respawn, you get unlimited ammo, and there are always plenty of players to practice on. Plus, you can often knock out weapon-specific eliminations there too, like 'SMG Eliminations' or 'Shotgun Eliminations.' The storm circle shrinks, forcing everyone together, making it perfect for getting those numbers up. If the quest requires eliminations in a specific named location, I try to land there directly at the start of a match, preferably a Solo or Duos match, as Team Rumble might not always feature the specific spot in the final circles. Be prepared for a fight, because everyone else doing that quest will be there too! NPC eliminations, like eliminating IO Guards or Cube Monsters, are usually straightforward. Just find their spawns on the map and take them out. These are often easier to complete than player eliminations, especially if you're not having a great game. And for those trickier ones, like 'Eliminate opponents while sliding' or 'Headshot Eliminations,' practice is key! Try to incorporate these actions into your regular gameplay. Sometimes, going for a specific challenge too hard can actually make you play worse. Just let them happen naturally, or dedicate a few Team Rumble matches to really focusing on that specific mechanic. Remember, even a weird 'self-elimination' like the one you described is technically an elimination, but unfortunately, it won't count towards those official quests! Focus on the real challenges, stay persistent, and you'll be knocking them out in no time. Happy hunting, Loopers!
