Swipe to blend my smoothie 🤩
RECIPE:
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup blueberries or strawberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2/3 cup flavored Greek yogurt (I like chobani and dannon)
I don’t use ice but you can add it to make it thicker and colder.
I love this recipe. It tastes so good and it’s nice knowing I’m getting fruits and veggies in. I think this is about 275-300kcal. 🥰

Smoothies are a fantastic way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet. This particular recipe provides a balance of nutrients, featuring baby spinach for greens, antioxidant-rich blueberries or strawberries, and chia seeds for healthy omega-3s. Using unsweetened vanilla almond milk gives the smoothie a creamy texture without added sugars, making it a healthier option. The Greek yogurt not only enhances the creaminess but also adds protein, ensuring a filling beverage that's great for breakfast or as a post-workout snack. One of the best parts about smoothies is their versatility. Feel free to customize this recipe by adding your favorite fruits, swapping almond milk for oat or coconut milk, or including protein powder for an extra boost. For those who prefer a colder, thicker texture, adding ice or frozen fruits can make a big difference. With a preparation time of just a few minutes, embracing healthy eating has never been easier. Try blending this smoothie and enjoy a delicious way to nourish your body!
