Through awareness and understanding, we can dismantle the harmful stereotypes that prevent men from accessing the support they need. Organizations and mental health advocates encourage open dialogues to ensure every man knows that it's okay to not be okay and that support is available. By prioritizing mental health awareness, we stand a better chance at reducing stigma and saving lives.
