Yep, I consider this a GLOW UP!!!

Mama I see you. You’re hiding because of your scars, whether internal or external. We live in a society that tells us to cover up because nobody wants to see it. People point. If we have the audacity to embrace it in public, it’s bound to draw attention. But you know what? That’s okay. I earned these marks. It’s okay if it makes others uncomfortable, I don’t have to hide my BODY because they’re too sensitive. These marks mean so much to me; they are my body’s way of giving me HER. And I hope she always loves herself despite what society says.

They are reminders of battles fought and personal journeys undertaken, fostering a sense of empowerment and authenticity. The concept of a 'glow up' goes beyond merely physical transformation; it encompasses mental and emotional well-being as well. By loving ourselves as we are, we create a positive ripple effect, encouraging others to do the same. Engaging in conversations about body positivity, self-love, and the importance of mental health can greatly influence societal views. Moreover, social media platforms are buzzing with hashtags like #glowup, #selflove, and #bodypositivity, which promote a supportive community for individuals to share their journeys. Remember, every scar tells a story, and it's time to embrace our narratives, refuse to hide our bodies, and celebrate the beauty within every mark we carry.
