Let’s chat: mental health 🧠💗

Hey everyone 💗 first I wanted to ask, how are you doing? Really, how are you truly doing? If you think nobody cares, please believe me: I do. I want to hear from you whether we know each other or not. You matter, and you belong here. Have anything you want to talk about? I’m open to chatting. I’m here to be a listening ear for whoever needs it.

Let me start.

I’ve been feeling pretty down lately. I have so much housework to do and no motivation to do it. I’ve also been spending more money than I’ve been making and I feel like an impulsive burden. Things are hard right now with my family’s health so I’ve been down in the trenches for quite some time. I know it will get better, but for now, it hurts.

I have been feeling so burnt out lately. I know that I need to take some time off from work to reset and be the best I can be for my clients ( I work with people with intellectual disabilities) but I’m also kinda scared to not be at work if they need me
