Make a list of things you don’t want to do!
#wellnessessentials #lemon8challenge #letschat Hey there :) here’s a wellness tip you probably didn’t think of: listing out the things you absolutely DREAD doing!!! Acknowledging it is the first step. It won’t be easy, but writing it down helps you to solidify that it has to happen. Making lists helps us to visualize what needs to be done, and dedicating a section to things you despise doing does help us achieve our goals!
