Slipping
I keep catching myself slowly slipping back into a dark place. I’m not trying to. I’m trying to stay positive. My house is a mess, I’m forgetting things….everytime I feel overwhelmed I zone out or go to sleep to avoid it. I’m working over 50 hours a week and as a big girl that’s been taking a toll on my body. I just want to feel normal again. My birthday is in 10 days and I’m hoping I enjoy it. I’m turning 32! And then the week after my birthday I’m taking the week off to enjoy a small staycation! I’m also hoping to have some money to do some spending and decorate or restock my pantry 😂 today I’m off and today is my cleaning day and I am feeling extremely overwhelmed. I never know where to start or how or what supplies to use. I usually just pick and choose what I want to do and the worst part is started my period yesterday so my energy levels are at 0 😂😂 wish me luck because today is not the day 😂😂😂❤️
