Part 19: Gayboy glowing serum

OMG y’all… The OBGYN gave me that stomach-dye whatever and then turned the lights off… WHY DID MY BABY START GLOWING LIKE A RAVE GUMMY BEAR?!

So let me start from the beginning...

I'm relaxing on the bed in my big white fluffy robe.

Just got finished throwing up our dinner - which was so good!

Juicy steak - omg babes was raw tho. Brb...

Sorry there went more... I'm so sick of throwing up!

But what I said a second &

Mashed potatoes and gravy and I added alittle ketchup to mine.

Roasted corn on the cob that was mighty delicious if I do say.

We finish eating and set our plates in the sink - him first then me.

As soon as I turned from setting the plate down - I heard a literal ripping sound &

"Finally, bitch Im almost free. Been knawing that sack thing for a week..."

I must be going insane cuz It looked like babe heard it too. But I couldn't ever be positive.

I fall to my knees and start crying...

Me falling was like my legs said "NOPE" when I told and expected it to go.

A tiny smidget of pain turned in to my man immediately calling an ambulance.

Next thing I know he's greeting them at the door and wheeling me out on a gurney.

I'm omw to the ER luckily like 2 miles away since I might have to walk back...

Anyway, I get there and immediately get an IV, gotta - in a cup, pee, & weighed & temp read & mine said 103°F.

The nurse immediately puts on a mask and escorts me to this SUPER BRIGHT room & tells me to put a gown on.

They bring babe in immediately after having it felt like.

I'm sitting in the bed and he's on the edge next to me...

We're talking & all a sudden I feel the baby flip and turn like near my heart!!!

I let out a manly gayboy groan and here come the OBGYN running in.

He tells me with a couple pushes and pokes that he thinks the baby has

"Breached womb fetulla meternbo."

Then says yes fancy for " prison break on the baby sack... He's swimming in intestines and may possibly really have your heart!!

There's only one way to tell...

He pulled a bottle of something nearly the same color as the glow coming from my belly & tells me it's the "glowing belly serum"

I chug it and not even 5 minutes later - he shuts the lights off and it goes pitch black. I couldn't even see my hand in front of my face.

But then, the black lights kick on and y'all, I'm GLOWING!!

As soon as my husband sees it he does from mouth slightly open in a smile and wonder to face down trying to recover while the Dr is still looking closely at me & making little hmm's & yes's to himself.

He said that it IS in fact that of what he thought it was...

He wants to book emergency surgery & since I'm 28 weeks along - possibly just C-section pregnancy?!

Y'all idk... I'm tripping. As I'm going back to my man to hopefully him being in the same room together - now that he's admitted from a concussion...

I'll have to sort this all out all alone!! Again!!

I'm near the room & I see my man - dazed and near push-fighting these nurses and CNAs and he's saying

" My husband is PREGNANT!! The Dr said he chewed threw his womb like a dysfunctional beaver! Just let me g-...

Babe! Tell them!! Look y'all there he is!!"

I sigh relief yet simultaneously of gaining none...

By this time tomorrow? I might have to deal with like two children & that's all done and dandy - if they hook gayboy momma up.

I don't wanna feel my nuts. Hehe jk I had to. So what. 😉😭🤸

... Read moreThis episode of the Gayboy Pregnancy Chronicles brings an extraordinary and surreal medical experience to light: the use of a mysterious "glowing belly serum" by the OBGYN that causes the baby to glow vividly under black light. Such a vivid and imaginative storytelling device captures attention while highlighting an underlying medical crisis—the diagnosis of a "breached womb fetulla meternbo," which humorously translates to a life-threatening condition involving the baby breaking through its sac and interacting dangerously with the mother's internal organs. Medical emergencies during pregnancy, especially rare complications like uterine rupture or fetal membrane rupture, require swift diagnosis and often emergency intervention, such as a C-section, to protect both the parent and baby. The narrative's tension around emergency surgery at 28 weeks gestation reflects real concerns regarding preterm births and the careful decisions doctors and parents must make to balance risks. Pregnancy stories shared authentically, including the mix of humor, anxiety, and unfiltered emotions, foster connection and support among readers. This chronicle also touches on the challenges of being a pregnant gay man, an underrepresented group, which can add layers of emotional complexity and social dynamics in medical care. Readers interested in real-life pregnancy complications and the human side of unexpected medical surprises will find this story compelling. It also invites conversations about prenatal care, the importance of attentive OBGYN support, and rare but critical pregnancy conditions requiring emergency medical responses. Beyond the glowing serum metaphor, this story encourages pregnant individuals to seek immediate care when unusual symptoms occur, like pain, fever, or sudden changes in fetal movement. It highlights the role of emergency rooms and medical teams working to stabilize health. Ultimately, this installment blends humor, honesty, and the surreal to share a heartfelt experience of pregnancy's unpredictable journey. For those following the Gayboy Pregnancy Chronicles or anyone seeking genuine pregnancy narratives that celebrate resilience and community, this post offers valuable insight and connection.
