Visualizing the Word as the bread of life reminds me that it sustains me spiritually just as physical food nourishes my body. I also find it helpful to apply what I meditate on by asking myself how the scripture relates to my current challenges or blessings. This practical approach roots the truths deeper in my heart and guides daily actions with wisdom. Over time, meditation becomes less about obligation and more about delighting in God's presence and promises.
