Easy homemade tomato soup with toasted sourdough is a winning combo on a chilly fall day. It’s like a warm hug melting all your worries away.
Tomato soup is so simple, yet so satisfying. This recipe involved 1 can of whole tomatoes, dash of garlic powder (granulated), a light drizzle of olive oil, 1 cup water, and 1 container greek yogurt. That’s IT! I pureed it with an immersion blender and voila, a delicious (and nutritious) warming soup.
I love smothering my sourdough with ghee. Butter works too, but the depth of ghee takes it to the next level for me.
