📌Black Buck
Normally I read psychological thrillers & dark romance. This is neither. Black Buck takes you on a rapid journey surrounding workplace culture in a startup company. Race is heavily mentioned because the story is about the only black man working at the startup. After he starts reaping the benefits of being successful at the company & forgets where he came from, a lot of things start happening back-to-back that may put him into a lot of trouble.
Solid 4.2/5

📌You Shouldn’t Have Come Here
You Shouldn’t Have Come Here was definitely one of my favorites by Jeneva Rose. I prefer this one over the Perfect Marriage. Like, a lot more. The plot twist was one I actually didn’t see coming. The author makes you think one thing is about to happen when something else actually occurs.
