Hey all! I’m Faith and I am new to this app. I am currently focused on little moments of self care during my RIGOROUS weight loss journey. I had a chip today and decided to take a bath instead of beat myself up. Anyone have some good tips for after 40? I still have 60 pounds or so to go.
But that isn’t my whole life. Let’s see, I love to read, I love to write. I’ve got a blog and when I get the guts to, I’ll post the link here. I’ve never been good at social media, but I felt I needed to give this one a try. And when I feel led to an app, I better go to said app. So I guess God had some stuff in store for me here.
