Ephesians 3:17 ~
“And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in Him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love.”
We live in a world that celebrates what is visible.
The promotion.
The achievement.
The success.
The harvest.
But God often does His greatest work where no one can see it.
Underground.
In the roots.
Before a tree can stand tall, its roots must grow deep.
Before a harvest appears, seeds must develop beneath the soil.
Before God reveals what He’s doing around us, He often works within us.
Sometimes we become frustrated because we cannot see progress.
We wonder why God hasn’t answered the prayer.
Why the breakthrough hasn’t come.
Why the dream feels delayed.
But what if God is strengthening your roots before He reveals the fruit?
What if this season isn’t punishment?
What if it’s preparation?
Friend, deep roots create strong faith.
And strong faith can withstand storms.
So don’t despise the hidden seasons! 🙌🏼
Don’t rush the process.
Don’t give up because growth feels slow.
God is working beneath the surface.
And when the time is right, what He has been growing in secret will become visible for all to see!
Father, thank You for working in places I cannot see. Help me trust You during seasons of hidden growth. Strengthen my roots in Your love, Your Word, and Your promises. Teach me to remain faithful while You prepare me for what lies ahead. In Jesus’ name, Amen! 🤍
