Cozy Game Review! 🫶🏻
🤍 Game: Love is… in small things
🤍 Category: Puzzle - Hidden Object - Watercolor
🤍 Available: App Store & Google Play
🤍 31 Episodes
🤍 The cuteness and simplicity of this game gives me a feeling of peace. It’s something I would play before my night routine to wind down. You earn a wallpaper after every episode, but if you did not pay for the “love pass” you need to watch an ad to receive it. Overall, I’m enjoying this game so far, haven’t paid for the “love pass” but I’m taking it into consideration. The ads take away for the vibe of this game. I gave it four out of five stars simply because although, it’s a free game to download, you don’t get all the perks unless you pay $4.99.
🤍 Have you played this game? What do you think? Any game recommendations like this one?

I'm so glad I stumbled upon 'Love Is... In Small Things'! If you're anything like me, always on the lookout for a digital 'indoor oasis' to unwind with, this game is a true gem. While some might be searching for 'pixel gaming reviews,' the gorgeous watercolor aesthetic of this hidden object puzzle offers an equally, if not more, charming and serene visual escape. Each scene is a beautiful, hand-painted illustration that feels like stepping into a gentle storybook, creating that perfect calming atmosphere I crave after a long day. The core gameplay, of course, revolves around finding hidden objects, and it's incredibly satisfying. It’s not just a simple tap-and-find; sometimes you really need to let your eyes 'circle it,' meticulously scanning every nook and cranny of the environment. The objects are cleverly integrated into the background, making each discovery feel like a little victory. What I particularly enjoy is how the hidden objects aren't just random items; they often contribute to the unfolding narrative between the two characters, adding a layer of depth to the search. For instance, in one scene, I remember having to find items that clearly belonged to a café setting, subtly hinting at where the characters might be or what they’re doing. Each of the 31 episodes gently progresses the storyline, following the sweet journey of a couple through various stages of their relationship. This narrative thread makes the game feel more purposeful than just a collection of puzzles. The simplicity and warmth of the story perfectly complement the relaxing gameplay. I've found it to be the ideal game to play before my night routine, helping me to truly wind down without any high-stakes pressure. Now, regarding the 'Love Pass' and ads – I know this was a point in my initial review. Yes, the ads can occasionally interrupt that peaceful 'indoor oasis' vibe. However, if you find yourself really loving the game and wanting an uninterrupted experience, the 'NO ADS LOVE PASS' for $4.99 (as highlighted in the game's pop-ups!) might be a worthwhile investment. It not only removes ads but also offers unlimited hints and gives you ad-free access to all those lovely episode wallpapers. For me, the occasional ad is manageable, but if I were to play it for extended sessions, I’d definitely consider the pass to fully immerse myself. My top tip for fellow players: take your time! Don't rush through the scenes. Enjoy the artwork, let the calming music wash over you, and then systematically scan for objects. Sometimes zooming in really helps, especially with the smaller, more cleverly disguised items. This game isn't about speed; it's about the journey and the quiet enjoyment of discovery. It truly delivers on its promise of being a simple, calm, and cute storyline experience.
