Obedience is better than sacrifice

Reflecting on the verse from 1 Samuel 15:22, "Obedience is better than sacrifice," I have come to appreciate the deep connection between obedience and love in my spiritual journey. When I first read this, I thought that sacrifices—whether time, money, or effort—were the ultimate acts of devotion. However, gradually, it became clear that obedience reflects a heart aligned with God's will rather than just ritualistic offerings.
