The bag on the floor is for my part time job as an art instructor. I carry all the stuff that I need for that day 🎨.
I am also enrolled at a college and I go twice a week for in-person classes, so in my college bag I carry notebook, pencil bag, planner and folder 📁.
My full time work bag almost always stay the same. I bring a notebook, another planner, snacks, laptop, pencil bag, sometimes my homework, and a book that I’m currently reading 📖.
Lastly, my lunch bag. I eat throughout the day, but I mainly have my main lunch, pop, energy drink and more snacks 🫣.

For my part-time art instructor role, I always make sure to carry my essential art supplies—paint, brushes, sketch pads, and sometimes easels—depending on the day's lesson plan. Having a dedicated bag just for art materials helps me keep them separate from academic and work items, reducing clutter.
My college bag is like a mini mobile office. I bring notebooks, planners, and folders that keep me on track throughout my classes. Pencil bags are a lifesaver, packed with highlighters, pens, and pencils, making note-taking efficient. Also, developing a habit of reviewing my planner regularly ensures I never miss an assignment or class.
For my full-time job, my bag holds a laptop, charger, notebook, and sometimes homework, which helps me stay productive during breaks or downtime. I also include snacks and a book to keep me fueled and entertained throughout the day.
Snacking throughout the day is important to me, so my lunch bag contains not only my main meal but also a variety of snacks and drinks. This keeps my energy levels up without needing to rely on vending machines or fast food.
Living in the Midwest, winter weather means I have to be mindful of my footwear. I wear heavy winter boots outside and switch to comfortable indoor shoes once I arrive, helping me stay warm and comfortable throughout the day.
Overall, having multiple well-packed bags requires some upfront effort but paying attention to what I need for each aspect of my life has helped me stay organized, prepared, and less stressed. Finding a system that works for you—one tailored to your unique activities and lifestyle—can make a huge difference in daily productivity and comfort.
