four week weight loss check-in✨

four weeks since starting adipex…I have gone from 165.8 to 158.5!! i had been stuck at 165-167 for almost a year after losing 20lbs postpartum. I am 5’1 for reference.

things i’ve changed in these four weeks:

1. focus on my hunger cues and only eating when I am actually hungry.

2. eating with a purpose. used to i would eat just because i wanted too then i could not stop myself. now every time i eat i eat with a purpose of being hungry, needing the nutrition (which sometimes includes needing some sugar), but also enjoy what i love in a healthy amount.

3. i actually have not been able to workout like i typically would like too due to work, school, and my everyday life. but that doesn’t mean i cannot see any results.

... Read moreIn this four-week update, I share my experience of losing weight while navigating the challenges of daily life. Since starting Adipex, I've transitioned from 165.8 to 158.5 pounds, breaking a plateau I faced for months after postpartum weight loss. Throughout this journey, I've focused on listening to my body's hunger cues, ensuring that every meal is intentional and nourishing, rather than simply eating out of habit. This shift includes allowing myself to enjoy my favorite foods in moderation. Although I haven't been able to maintain my usual workout routine, I've learned that consistency in monitoring my diet is crucial for seeing results. For anyone in a similar weight loss journey or struggling with consistency due to life’s demands, remember that every small change counts. Embracing a healthier lifestyle doesn’t require perfection; it’s about making conscious choices that align with your personal goals.
