Bill Kristol criticizes Trump
Conservative commentator Bill Kristol sharply criticized the UFC Freedom 250 event planned for the White House South Lawn, arguing that the mix of entertainment, combat sports, and political spectacle diminishes the dignity traditionally associated with the presidency.
Kristol described the event as a reflection of Donald Trump’s political style, calling it “vulgar,” “grandiose,” and “tacky.” Supporters, however, see the event as a uniquely American celebration that brings the White House closer to everyday Americans and millions of UFC fans across the country.
