Happy Anniversary!
We'Ve been married 12 years but together over 18 years. We have 3 kids, 2 dogs, a beautiful house, a remote cabin, a travel trailer, nice cars, we go on trips often....I could keep going! While none of those things = love, our love that's been built in 18 years has made all these other things possible. We are proud and grateful for what we can provide for our family 🤍 #anniversary #husband #husbandandwife #marriage #love
Reflecting on 18 years together, it’s incredible how love can become the cornerstone of everything else in life. From raising three kids to managing a beautiful home, plus adventures in a remote cabin and travel trailer, all of these experiences are deeply connected to the bond shared by a couple. Having pets like dogs often adds another layer of joy and companionship, enriching family life even further. My own experiences echo these feelings—when love is the foundation, the material things like cars or homes feel more like tools that support a shared life rather than goals themselves. One of the most rewarding parts about a long-term relationship is witnessing growth, not just as individuals but as a united family. Celebrating anniversaries becomes more than marking time—it’s about appreciating the journey, challenges, and successes together. It’s also key to remember that love isn’t confined to big gestures but thrives in everyday moments: family dinners, weekend trips, or simply having someone to support you through ups and downs. For those nurturing long relationships, I would suggest intentionally making time to celebrate both milestones and daily moments with gratitude. It helps keep the connection strong no matter what life throws your way. Ultimately, true love and partnership create a safe space where families can flourish, dreams can be pursued, and cherished memories are made.
