Many freelancers struggle with the fear of losing clients, leading them to underprice their services. I used to be one of them—until I took the leap to raise my rates and discovered the true value I bring to the table.

I went from charging $300/month to up to $12K per month - don’t think you can’t do the same.

If you are generating results, continuing your education, and want a SUSTAINABLE business, you have to stop undercharging.

Here are three tips to help you confidently charge what you’re worth:

➡️Know Your Worth

Base your rates on the results you deliver, not just hours worked. I always say “charge what you are worth, then double it.” Just because our minds will always try to convince we aren’t worthy.

➡️Gradually Raise Rates

Start with new clients, then communicate changes to existing ones.

➡️Communicate Confidently

Practice discussing your pricing with confidence—it’s a reflection of your expertise!

A powerful strategy is to gradually raise prices for new clients while discussing potential changes with your current clients. Ensure they understand the value they receive in return. Practice confident communication about your rates. When you convey belief in your worth, clients are more likely to perceive you as an expert, encouraging them to invest in your services. Stop undercharging and start attracting ideal clients who value your expertise!
