Getting a 'good old wash' might not mean a full shower every day, but staying fresh is important for morale. Food is another big consideration. Being 'so hungry' in the morning is common! My van setup includes a small cooler or a 12V fridge for perishables and a small portable stove for heating simple meals. 'And these snacks' are essential – nuts, fruit, granola bars keep me going.
