the yarn vs final project

🧿🧿🧿🧿

i made these super cute eye plushies! and they are so simple; perfect for beginners!

all i did was work in the round and change colors on each row, make 2 circles, sew them together, and finally stuff them!

here is a simple patter!

rw1 : 12 dc in MR (12)

rw 2: 12 inc (24)

rw 3: 1 inc, 1 dc (36)

rw 4: 1 inc, 2 dc (48) fasten off

make 2, sew together, and stuff!

it’s a very quick project if you’re looking for something fast!

... Read moreCreating crochet eye plushies is a delightful way to combine creativity with practical crafting skills. This quick project involves working in the round using double crochet stitches and changing colors to mimic the eye design. Starting with a magic ring and gradually increasing stitches ensures a smooth circular shape, essential for achieving the realistic look of the eye plushie. The process highlights the importance of yarn selection and color contrast to bring the plushie to life. Using soft, durable yarn enhances the texture and ensures comfortable handling, especially for beginners. Sewing the two crocheted circles together and stuffing them carefully provides volume and a three-dimensional effect, transforming simple yarn loops into charming plush eyes. This project not only serves as a fun and fast craft but also introduces beginners to fundamental crochet techniques such as working in rounds, increasing stitches, and finishing off securely. Sharing such creative work can inspire others in the crochet community to explore new ideas and projects. Moreover, these eye plushies can be used for various applications—from cute décor to unique gifts or embellishments in larger crochet projects. Incorporating hashtags like #crochet, #crochetproject, and #crochetideas on social platforms helps connect with a broader audience passionate about crochet crafting. Overall, mastering this pattern paves the way for more advanced crochet endeavors, enhancing skills and building confidence. Whether you're a novice or looking for a quick, satisfying project, these eye plushies offer both educational and aesthetic value.

There’s so many you made so I was wondering if you sell these? If so how much do you price them at? I always wondered how to price small items like this

Do Yarn Types Really Matter in Crochet?
Not all yarn is the same. (Which is why I love it so much!) Acrylic, cotton, wool blends and bamboo all behave differently when you crochet and how you care for your crochet afterwards. There’s no “best” yarn — just the right yarn for the project. 💬 Which yarn do you like working with most?
