My best friend and I have been consistently training since October 2025! Even though the scale has been stuck at 308, I have lost inches and gained muscle! Super proud of myself! We work out every day (except Sunday) at 5am, I do cardio at HotWorx, and I eat in a calorie deficit of 1800cals. #musclegirl #bodytransformation #embracevulnerability #gymgoddess #hotworx

From my experience, focusing solely on the number on the scale can be discouraging. Instead, measuring success by how our clothes fit, how strong we feel, and improvements in endurance helps keep motivation high. Doing cardio sessions like HotWorx, which combines infrared heat with low-impact exercise, not only burns calories more effectively but also helps in detoxifying the body and enhancing flexibility. Training consistently at the same time each day—like Brianna's 5am workouts—can build discipline and create a motivating daily ritual. Also, having a workout partner or best friend boosts accountability and makes the experience more enjoyable. Maintaining a calorie deficit of around 1800 calories, while ensuring proper nutrient intake, supports fat loss without sacrificing muscle growth. It’s important to listen to your body and adjust calories and workout intensity as needed. I've also found that embracing vulnerability by sharing struggles and milestones publicly fosters a supportive community, which can significantly improve mental resilience during a transformation journey. Remember, inches lost and muscle gained are victories that enhance your health and confidence, even if the scale remains steady. Keep pushing through and celebrate every milestone along the way!
