No baby shower

Choosing to forego a traditional baby shower can be a very personal and meaningful decision for many families. In our case, we wanted to simplify the process and make it easier for loved ones who want to help prepare for our baby girl’s arrival. Instead of gathering in one place, we set up an Amazon registry filled with essential items that we truly need, and we also provided a CashApp option. This approach allowed us to avoid the stress and logistics of organizing a physical event, especially during busy times or when social distancing is preferred. We found that sharing direct links made it convenient for friends and family to select gifts that suit their budgets and preferences. Many appreciated the flexibility of being able to send a gift electronically as well. One particular item that’s especially useful for new parents is the "SwaddleMe" swaddle, which has gained popularity for its ease of use and comfort for newborns. Swaddling helps babies feel secure and can improve their sleep patterns, something we were excited to include in our registry. By embracing modern technology and alternative ways to celebrate, we felt connected to our community and encouraged support in a stress-free manner. We encourage other expecting parents to consider what works best for them, whether it’s a traditional shower, virtual gathering, or a no-shower registry like ours.
