The Power of the Cross: Preaching the Gospel
This is something that I think we need to be reminded what the cross means. For Christ, I'm going to begin reading with verse 17, first Corinthians one. For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. I didn't come here, he said, to preach anything else that will take the power of the cross away.
