How I Fell In Love With Running (Again)! 🏃♀️
Hi, I’m Bridget - a 23-year-old ultra runner and aspiring coach and nutritionist! After nearly 4 years away from running and switching over to weight lifting, I recently completed my first ultramarathon, covering 45 miles in under 13 hours after only training for a year. It was a life altering experience!😇
Running for me has always been more than the miles and the achievement in itself - for me, it was about pushing my mental and physical limits, building resilience, and inspiring others similar to me to dream big.🌟
Now, I am on a mission to help others who may be curious about the world of ultramarathon running take their first strides towards their goals. 🌱
Follow along for tips, progress updates, and behind-the-scenes glimpses as I work towards this new goal of mine, becoming a certified ultramarathon and nutritionist coach. Let’s make the “impossible” possible! 🎯
