「鮨酒場スシトフジ（大阪・裏難波）」は、“寿司屋×居酒屋”のちょうどいいバランスが好きな人に刺さるお店でした。私が行った日は店内が広めで、グループでも入りやすい雰囲気。カウンターもあるので、目の前で握りや盛り付けを見られるのが楽しくて、デートや友達とのごはんにも使いやすいと思います。 メニューは海鮮系が強くて、まず頼んでよかったのが「お造り5種盛り」。その日の内容で当たり外れはあると思いますが、ここは鮮度が良くて、最初の一皿にぴったりでした。雲丹のお造りもテンションが上がる系で、写真映えもしっかり。裏難波で“おしゃれな海鮮居酒屋”を探している人には相性◎だと思います。 名物っぽい存在感だったのが「キミと鮪を抱きしめたい巻き」。ネーミングで頼みたくなるし、テーブルに来た瞬間に盛り上がりました。味はちゃんと濃厚で、お酒が進むタイプ。個人的には「海鮮バクダン」もおすすめで、いろいろ混ぜて食べる系が好きなら満足度高いです。 あと、行く前に知っておくと便利なのが“天ぷらはスタッフさんに直接オーダー”という点。メニューを見て席で完結すると思っていたので、最初に一言聞けて助かりました。気になる人は入店時や最初の注文のタイミングで「天ぷらってどう頼めばいいですか？」と聞くとスムーズです。 価格感は、私たちは4人でシェアして1人約4,000円くらい。注文内容にもよりますが、裏難波の寿司居酒屋としてはコスパ良めに感じました。ドリンクは果実酒系（山ぶどう酒、あらごしもも酒など）があって、甘めが好きな人にも選択肢があるのが嬉しいポイント。 混み具合は時間帯次第なので、週末や夜のピークは予約が安心。難波・日本橋から歩ける距離なので、二軒目利用にも便利でした。裏難波で「寿司と居酒屋、どっちも楽しみたい」「映える海鮮を食べたい」というときに、また行きたい一軒です。
